What is the High-Strength Fiber Certification System?
General incorporated association organization of High-Strength Fiber Engineering Japan（SFEJ）aims to promote aramid fiber reinforcement methods , trains and certifies “High-Strength Fiber Installers” and “High-Strength Fiber Installation Supervisors” as engineers and technicians who have a certain level of technology and skills related to high-strength fiber reinforcement work.

High-Strength Fiber Designer

A designer who has a thorough understanding of the basic design knowledge and design methods for repairing and reinforcing concrete structures using aramid fiber reinforcement materials and is certified to design in accordance with the standards set by the SFEJ.

High-Strength Fiber Inspector

An inspection personnel that has sufficient knowledge of the technical content of repair and reinforcement work on concrete structures using aramid fiber reinforcement materials, as well as the properties and installation methods of using aramid fiber reinforcement materials and impregnated adhesive resins. Also required to be certified to conduct inspection of the installation in accordance with the standards set by the SFEJ.

High-Strength Fiber Installation Supervisor

A supervisory personnel that has a thorough understanding of the basic design knowledge and installation techniques related to the repair and reinforcement of concrete structures using aramid fiber reinforcement materials. Required to obtain a sufficient score on the certification test held by SFEJ and certified as capable to manage installation work in accordance with the design and construction guidelines.

High-Strength Fiber Installer

An installation technician that has sufficient knowledge of the technical content of repair and reinforcement work on concrete structures using aramid fiber reinforcement materials, as well as the properties and construction methods using aramid fiber reinforcement materials and impregnated adhesive resins. Required to obtain a sufficient score on the certification test held by SFEJ and recognized to have the required installation techniques and skills.
